Setting intentions is the most powerful and effective way to create change.

The 5 Day End of Year Journaling Retreat is a go-at-your-own-pace mini-retreat to guide you through the process of setting the right intentions.

The practices within are based on my own yearly practice of wrapping up each year with clarity. When we bring awareness to our physical health, relationships, mental health, environment, activities and habits, then we increase our likelihood for success - and happiness.

In each of the 5 sessions you’ll get a new guided meditation targeting a different aspect of our experience, and a list of themed journaling prompts to help you gain clarity and insights on what you’d like to change, what you’d like to release, and what you’d like to invite in the new year.

The course is recorded. When you register you’ll get all the information you need to gain access to the course. In addition to the intention setting exercises, you’ll get access to guided practice sessions, a live group call and all the journaling prompts you need to create a whole new perspective on your life.,

What previous participants say:

  • "I have learned to find calmness inside. I have experienced something few people in this world may ever experience. I have been able to open myself up and try and not be afraid to allow people to see me for just me. I have learned to find calmness inside, and have learned to look outside the box to get a better understanding of myself."

    Alicia, Los Angeles

  • "After nearly 15 hard months I am nearing the final stages of divorce. At what price freedom! I'm worn out but not worn down anymore You cannot believe how grateful I am to you, who set me on this path. The day all is settled, I shall buy a bottle of champagne and drink a toast to many people who have got me through this and you will be high on the list!”

    Bridget, UK

  • "I definitely feel like I’m in a different place since I started working with you. When I first talked to you, I had no clear idea about what I wanted to do with my life. Since going through this process I've managed to pull it back and clarify what the direction I need to take. Just the joyfulness of making art lightened me up and gave me a sense of joy. But also I give a lot of credit to you and your program because there were things I hadn't thought of.”

    Brenda, Chicago

  • "Your work, a unique offering of healing and empowerment, the writing exercises, your presence and wise guidance helped me to return "back home" to myself with a sense of clarity, strength and inspiration."

    Mary, London

  • "I really did not know what to expect but I trust Kim completely and I felt in need of some emotional resources in these confusing, challenging times. These writing meditations, guided by Kim, were cathartic and grounding. Sharing my experience of these strange days with Kim and the other participants felt so graciously received and this act of sharing in the context that Kim creates was a welcome and enlightening unburdening."

    Cynthia, Los Angeles

  • "Over the last couple of days I've been going through the New Years exercise, and I just wanted to let you know that it was a really powerful and very positive experience! It definitely works!"

    Hannah, Spain
