What creative project are you too afraid to begin?
What would be your ideal scenario for your life in 5 years?
What would you do if you knew you could not fail?
In order to access your creativity, it helps to have a daily practice of settling into the present moment, and asking for creative inspiration. We learn to listen to what wants our attention, and to play with ways of responding to life’s questions.
Free-writing is an excellent tool to identify and bring to consciousness things that need your attention. Once you have this information, you learn to recognize what upsets your equilibrium and how you can work with these obstacles. When I feel imbalanced, this is my go-to practice to discover where I've strayed from equilibrium.
